Important Notes
• Wadi Mukheiris is located near the Dead Sea, and the trail is 7 km – one-way.
• There is no mobile network coverage in the wadi, and bringing phones is not recommended.
• Adventure difficulty level: Moderate.
• Helmets are mandatory for this adventure – they will be provided.
• The wadi includes two rappelling sections with waterfalls of varying heights (8 to 25 meters).
• Participants under 12 years old, pregnant women, and individuals with chronic illnesses such as heart conditions are not allowed to join.
• Transportation will be by tourist buses.
• All participants must fill out the participation form and follow general safety instructions and the guidance of the accompanying specialist guide.
• There are no restroom facilities in the wadi, and changing will take place on the bus.
Wadi Shuqayfat is located in Karak, and the trail is 5 km – one-way.

No Refund Policy:
All purchased tour packages are non-refundable. No compensation or refunds will be issued for any reason.
Modification or Cancellation:
Modifications or cancellations are allowed up to two days before the scheduled trip date but are subject to an additional fee determined by the company.
Exceptions:
In case of emergency situations such as severe illness or death, a refund request can be submitted. Supporting official documents must be provided to validate the request.
