No Refund:
All domestic tourism tickets sold are non-refundable, and no compensations or refunds will be issued for any reason.

Modification or Cancellation:
Modifications or cancellations are allowed up to two days before the scheduled trip date, but are subject to additional fees set by the company.

Exceptions:
In the case of emergency situations such as serious illness or death, a ticket refund request may be considered, provided the necessary supporting documents are submitted.
