Ajloun Castle: The castle was built in 580 AH / 1184 AD by the commander Izz al-Din Osama, one of Salah al-Din al-Ayyubi’s leaders. It was constructed on one of the mountains of Bani Ouf.

This significant site was recognized by the leader Salah al-Din al-Ayyubi, who ordered one of his commanders, Izz al-Din Osama, to build the castle on top of Mount Ouf, which rises 1000 meters above sea level.

No Refund:
All domestic tourism tickets sold are non-refundable, and no compensations or refunds will be issued for any reason.

Modification or Cancellation:
Modifications or cancellations are allowed up to two days before the scheduled trip date, but are subject to additional fees set by the company.

Exceptions:
In the case of emergency situations such as serious illness or death, a ticket refund request may be considered, provided the necessary supporting documents are submitted.
