“An additional 20 JOD per person for lunch and use of the indoor pool from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. A 50% discount for children aged 6-12 years (a small pool for children is available).”

“Shuttle Service within the hotel”:
A shuttle bus is available to take guests to the hotel’s private beach, with departures every half hour.

Terms and Conditions for Issuing Domestic Tourism Tickets:

No Refund:
All domestic tourism tickets sold are non-refundable, and no compensations or refunds will be issued for any reason.

Modification or Cancellation:
Modifications or cancellations are allowed up to two days before the scheduled trip date, but are subject to additional fees set by the company.

Exceptions:
In the case of emergency situations such as serious illness or death, a ticket refund request may be considered, provided the necessary supporting documents are submitted.
