_Participants must review our company (Al-Maqsad for Tourism, Travel, Hajj, and Umrah) to inquire about available trips and coordinate with us to choose the program that suits them.
_ The latest time for canceling a reservation is 24 hours before the scheduled trip departure.
_Participants must adhere to attending the designated departure station at the scheduled time for the trip.
_ The participant will receive a full refund if the trip is canceled 72 hours before the scheduled departure.
_ The participant will receive half the amount if the trip is canceled 24 hours before the scheduled departure.
_ The participant forfeits their right to claim any amounts paid if they violate the program’s instructions.
