Important Notes
• Wadi Ghuweir is located in Shoubak, and the trail is 4 km round trip.
• Transportation will be via small buses due to the rough terrain.
• There are no restroom facilities in the wadi, and changing will take place on the bus.
• There is no mobile network coverage in the wadi, and bringing phones is not recommended.
• Helmets are optional, but life jackets are mandatory for this adventure – both will be provided.
• Children under 10 years old, pregnant women, and individuals with chronic illnesses such as heart conditions are not allowed to participate.
• All participants must fill out the participation form and adhere to general safety instructions and the guidance of the accompanying specialist guide.
Wadi Shuqayfat is located in Karak, and the trail is 5 km – one-way.
There is no mobile network coverage in the wadi, and bringing phones is not recommended.
Adventure difficulty level: Easy to Moderate, with most of the trail taking place in water.

No Refund Policy:
All purchased tour packages are non-refundable. No compensation or refunds will be issued for any reason.
Modification or Cancellation:
Modifications or cancellations are allowed up to two days before the scheduled trip date but are subject to an additional fee determined by the company.
Exceptions:
In case of emergency situations such as severe illness or death, a refund request can be submitted. Supporting official documents must be provided to validate the request.
