Important Notes
• Wadi Ayah is located in Umm ar-Rasas, and the trail is 4 km – one-way.
• Adventure difficulty level: Easy to Moderate, with most of the trail taking place in water.
• Transportation will be by tourist buses.
• There are no restroom facilities in the wadi, and changing will take place on the bus.
• There is no mobile network coverage in the wadi, and bringing phones is not recommended.
• Children under 5 years old, pregnant women, and individuals with chronic illnesses (e.g., heart conditions) are not permitted to participate.
• All participants must fill out the participation form and adhere to general safety instructions and the guidance of the accompanying specialist guide.

Terms and Conditions for Domestic Trips
No Refund Policy:
All purchased tour packages are non-refundable. No compensation or refunds will be issued for any reason.
Modification or Cancellation:
Modifications or cancellations are allowed up to two days before the scheduled trip date but are subject to an additional fee determined by the company.
Exceptions:
In case of emergency situations such as severe illness or death, a refund request can be submitted. Supporting official documents must be provided to validate the request.
