Al Azraq Wetland Reserve:
The reserve is located at an elevation of 491 meters above sea level and is distinguished by its unique wetlands, where many living organisms can survive for extended periods under unfavorable conditions such as freezing. The annual rainfall in the Azraq Basin ranges from 350 mm in the north to less than 75 mm in the south, and from 180 mm in the west to less than 50 mm in the east. The long-term average rainfall in the reserve area is 90 mm annually, and its climate is hot in the summer and cool with low humidity in the winter.

 

 

Shumari Wildlife Reserve:
is the first wildlife reserve in Jordan, established by the Royal Society for the Conservation of Nature in 1975. It is located in the Azraq area, in the Wadi Shumari region. This reserve was created in 1975 near Azraq in the eastern desert, covering an area of 22 square kilometers. It was designated for the reintroduction of the Arabian Oryx, which had started to become extinct, and it is home to various species of wild birds. Visitors to the reserve can embark on a safari trip among the wild animals.

  • Cancellation between 15 to 29 days before departure: 50% refund of the trip cost.
  • Cancellation less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided.
  • Changes to the itinerary: Any changes made by the traveler may incur additional fees.
  • Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel the trip, and a full refund will be issued.
  • In case of no-show, the amount will not be refunded
